Meet the Team

Hayley is a dedicated, person-centred counsellor and experienced care professional with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has extensive experience supporting children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs, using a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach that promotes safety, resilience, and positive outcomes. Alongside her counselling background, Hayley has worked in a management role within residential childcare, where she oversees staff, coordinates care and support plans, provides supervision and guidance, and ensures the highest standards of safeguarding and person-centred practice. Hayley holds an NVQ in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People, alongside an NCFE qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, providing her with a strong foundation in child development, safeguarding, and person-centred care.

Throughout her career, Hayley has demonstrated strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Her achievements include leading person-centred care planning and risk assessments, mentoring and developing staff, managing shifts and emergency on-call responsibilities, and contributing to positive quality assurance outcomes through robust safeguarding and compliance. She is passionate about creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. Hayley combines compassionate therapeutic practice with confident leadership, making her a valued role model for staff and a trusted advocate for the children and young people she supports.
